2 face to face consultation appointments

Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors on wedding day

 Supervise the set-up and design

Ensuring proper placement of guest seating, wedding favors, wedding programs, wedding gifts, etc

Assistance with corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower girl baskets

Lining up and cueing you and the wedding party when it's time to walk down the aisle

Assemble wedding party and family members for pictures as needed

 Assisting DJ/MC with entertainment for guest arrival, ceremony and all scheduled special events

Making sure that all finishing touches are complete and as you wished before allowing guests to enter the reception area

Supervising and communicating with the chef and catering staff

Be there by your side for any emergencies/unforeseen occurrences

Answering guests questions and concerns throughout the day

Keep things running on schedulev      Distributing payments/gratuities to the appropriate people on your behalf

Keeping track of, organizing, and then packing everything up at the end of the evening
